Windows Clipbook Viewer Utility (CLIPBRD.EXE)

Use this utility to view the clipboard contents, to store
bitmap images, and to share these images over the network.

To install this utility on your local hard disk, 
use the Add/Remove Programs option in Control Panel, select the
Windows Setup tab, click the Have Disk button, and install from
the OTHER\CLIPBOOK directory.
